The Monta Vista Octagon Club asks for some personal information from the members when they sign up to become a part of the club. This information will in no way be used in circumstances other than what is needed for the club. It provides a means for the officers to contact the members during a volunteer event or to relay information about upcoming Octagon events.
Octagon will not disclose any member's information for an irrelevant purpose and without the individual's consent or by authority of law. All information will be kept as secure as possible, but if the server is hacked or information leaks Octagon will not be held responsible.
